Physical Products (Canvas, Prints, Framed Art & Accessories)

30-day return window: Request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged items: Replaced free of charge — just send us a photo of the damage.
Quality issues: If print quality does not meet our standards, we will reprint or issue a full refund.
Wrong item received: We will send the correct item immediately at no cost to you.

Digital Credits

Unused credits: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase.
Partially used credits: Prorated refund for the unused portion.
Technical failures: If our system fails to generate your art, credits are automatically restored.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Exceptions

Custom personalized orders may have limited refund eligibility after production has started.
Refunds are not available for buyer's remorse more than 30 days after delivery.
International return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Digital credits are non-refundable once fully used.
